Walk over the road for a coffee while we quote your car, or take a seat in our climate controlled waiting area. We strive to make the process from accident to repair completion as smooth and quick as possible.
If you have had an accident, the best course of action is to call your insurance company and make a claim. Advise them that you will be coming to see us at Surrey Accident Repair Centre and they will send your information straight through to us.
It is best to call and book an appointment for your quote so as to avoid wait times. Once your car is quoted we use a digital system to gain authority from your insurance company within a few days of the quote and we will then be in contact with you to book in your repairs.
